Here are some photo's of my sheds that I built so that I would not be nagged about using the dining table to make and paint models. Also I can leave work in mid-stream and not risk damaging projects by having to put them away and then dig them out again.(and sometime losing them for weeks).
The sheds are divided into a large desk and shelfed area (not shown) where my other half does her sewing and ragdoll making. The next area is an office with computer, printer etc and library. The piece de resitance is a bookcase that opens to reveal another door that leads in to the 'studio' complete with DVD/VHS Television to watch things like Four Feathers (1939) modelmaking tapes and historic films/documentaries, etc.
The studio has a fitted-oven that is waiting for me to connect (needs a long heavy-duty cable from the house. It also has a fitted sink awaiting the plumbing. I do that when I get time. As can be seen I have quite a few projects in work. There are a lot more not shown.
I'm also rebuilding (not in the sheds) an Austin Healy Mark I Sprite (Frogeye/ Bugeye). So I'm quite busy. I plan to take up Pike fishing in my spare time
One more thing about the 'sheds' they are double glazed and walls/ceilings are double insulated. It is warmer down there than it is in my house. I'm hoping to spend Autumn/Fall nights down there painting HaT test shots.
