Dear Hat
On the weekend of 25 & 26 August 2012 we held a Punic Demonstration Wargame at the Pine Rivers model Train Show [Pine Rivers is immediately north of Brisbane Australia].
In attendance were Glen V and Donald "Ochoin" for Carthaginians and Daniel O his son and me (cameo appearance only) for Romans.
The table was about 2.5 metres wide by 1.8 metres deep with polystyrene landscaping under dyed teddybear fur (Daniel's invention which you might have seen last year from my contribution then);
As to the layout, a train-person was overheard to say " A lot of the scenery wasn't even as good as the gamers' layout." So - there's some respect for our hobby from a train person!
Cheers

A general overview of the table and the scenery.
Many thanks to Mr. Robinson.
