Camel-mounted Schutztruppen from German Southwest Africa (Schutztruppe Kompanie No. 7).
Made from Hat Egyptian Camel Corps camels, Hat WWII Romanian Artillery Crew, and the heads from Hat WWI Schutztruppe. Rifles in scabbards from Hat Colonial British Mounted Infantry. Extra straps from modeling epoxy. First figure has no extra straps, so is an officer. Final photo is a group shot of all six figures I did.
Based on period photos the rifles should actually be in the scabbards with the barrels pointing skyward, but this is a minor element from a minor theater of conflict, so I'm pretty happy with the result. Just wish I was better at taking photos!

Nate
