Major General Sir John Lambert’s Brigade has been routed and the 3rd Netherlands Division,Lt-General, Baron David-Hendrik Chasse, is engaged with the Middle Guard’s Grenadiers and Chasseurs a Pied. The Guard Chasseurs a Cheval [ General de Division Baron Francois Lallemand] in support, eager for glory, await their moment.
The 2nd Army Corps [ GOC Major-General von Pirch 1] has started it’s deployment
as the Prussian assault on Plancenoit develops. The fighting is savage as old scores are settled.
His Majesty has ordered the redeployment of the 1st Grenadiers of the Guard [ Marechal de Camp Baron J-M Petit] to Plancenoit.
Wellington is beaten, but Blucher could change everything.
