The Imperial Young Guard,[Comte Philibert Duhseme], begins to deploy in Plancenoit, supported by the 19th Infantry Division, [Baron Francois Martin Simmer]. The 3rd, [Baron Jean Simon Domon], and 5th, [Baron Jacques Gervais Subervie], cavalry divisions screen the advance.
La Haye Sainte and the Anglo Dutch centre are being pressured by Comte D'Erlon's 1st Army Corps, with the 4th Reserve Cavalry Corps[ Comte Edouard Jean Baptiste Milhaud] moving up in support.
