A couple weeks ago I decided to take a break from painting to take some pictures of all the stuff I've been painting over the last several months. Before I took shots of some of the new stuff I dragged out my American Civil War figures and set them up. This is something I've been wanting to do for years but have never gotten around to it. It took three different dioramas and three days to set them all up as my dining room table (which is the only place I can use for something this large) was only large enough for one army at a time. I've been having a great time editing them with a photo shop program, which I think is great as it allows me to share with others what is going on in my imagination as I set the guys up.
I didn't have any particular battle in mind, just wanted to set the guys up; I did have the third day at Gettysburg in mind when I was setting up the cavalry skirmish, though. So, I hope ya'll enjoy the pics.
