I had intended not to divert from the Napoleonics when I started the hobby this time. Especially after an earlier brush with 1/72 had me collecting everything I could .......... and then came HAT with their Victorians and they yelled at me to buy them. I resisted long but than I succumbed and digging up my old ESCI/HOC warriors I added the Naval Brigade with their Gardner/Nordenfelts. I have in the meantime also finished the Gatling and crew which are drying as I write this. Next are the HAT Zulu's, the Artillery, the mounted infantry, the Highlanders and the Indian infantry now only waiting to be taken out of their boxes. Anyway, the first pictures of the Naval Brigade supporting the 24th IR and the 60th rifles are attached. Once your British colonial infantry is released they will be painted up as the Buffs to join their brothers in arms. I hope you'll find the pics worthy of publishing (eventhough only your naval set partakes in this particular event thusfar).
Kind regards,
