Hi there,
Here are some pics of some of my Armourfast collection in a wargame.
It had snowed suddenly in France and so inspired an outdoors winter game. As the club meets in an evening, the battle began at night with temperatures somewhere between -5 and -10 degrees. Electronic devices (such as cameras) had a hard time in the cold, nor could we deploy any infantry so it was a pure tank vs tank battle. Armourfast did not seem to mind the cold - but players did and after a couple of hours play stopped to be continued during daylight the following day. Anyway here are some pics, in black and white and some "slight" alterations to give that WWII feel to them...

A pair of my US Shermans pass a killied King Tiger (knocked out by a Heat round from an M4A3 105 on the turret side)
My French M4A3 (75) W "Valserine" stands proudly in front of a Panther it killed (the real Valserine was an M4A2, I discover this after I had placed the transfers and long before the new Hat M4A2 was due out - ah well....)
Day break and the Bristih vanguard pass 2 killed stugs, there had been an intense night fire fight between this pair and my entire Bristish Force (7 tanks + 2 TDs)
An M36 (converted Armourfast M10) passes one of my knocked out US Shermans to the left and a dead Tiger. Ahead also passing is a US M10.
Same scene the last but taken from ahead showing a US M10 passing a dead Tiger. 4 US TDs were employed and they had a frustrating time finding targets.
