Hoi there !
These photos are of the inaugural battles played on my new gaming table. My buddy Koen and me played two great games. The first was a game of The Great War (from Warhammer Historical) where the year is 1914 and Russian forces need to evacuate their artillery pieces away for the oncoming Germans. The game would last 5 turns and at first it looked liked the Germans were drawing the short end but what ho: in turn 4 and 5 they succeeded in reaching and annihilating the Russian although the latter were able to get the guns into safety they lost al but 2/3rd of their army in the process.
All figures (save 4 or 5) are HäT figures.
The second game was a game of Napoleonic Black Powder. This was a re-fight of an earlier scenario I devised in which the Allied army fought a fighting withdrawal during the days preceding Waterloo. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures from the start and only remembered in the last turn so here's the Nassau squares keeping off the French heavy cavalry
in order to let their comrades get away.
Figures from HäT,Revell, Italeri, Esci and Zvezda
