When I started painting testshots I'd take all 8 different poses out of the regular set and paint them like on the boxart. Then I'd line them up for the pictures and then mount them on a display base to be put in the showcase. More recently my vision to this method has changed. There are lots of testshot painters now and it's really hard to keep up the quality up to their level. So I try to do it differently now and instead I try to find an out of the ordinary regiment or uniform to paint them in. Also I now put the mini's on wargames' bases so they take up less space and I can also use them in games. Here's the latest result of that.
Cheers
