Hi!
Some say that with simplicity comes beauty. It is so very true with HaT Renault tanks. Special feature of these machine produced by HaT are side molded tracks that improve look of the model. I do not see any fault in this set, compared to Reanaults produced by Matchbox/Revel or RPM.
This is my WW1 American Renault. Difference from the French one was a number of different colors used to camouflage it and that tactical markings were painted on a turret instead of the hull.
Here is French version in 3 color scheme used during WW1. It is conversion with turret left from RPM set. As a 'gun tank' it is marked with little red flag to be distinguished from 'machine gun tank (that should be marked with medium blue flag). This 'gun tank' has tactical marking in the hull, as it should be with French tanks.
Hope you like it! Cheers!
