I want to start by thanking you for making this kit. The sculpting, the poses, the attention to detail, all are outstanding. I was not best pleased with the fifer, but the conversion to a drummer was easy enough that I could not consider the choice a cause for complaint. These figures accepted conversions very readily, so some of attached images show poses not available out of the box.
The figures are painted as a (depleted) battalion of the 27th (Royal Inniskilling) Regt. of Foot, an Irish regiment which was famous for the heavy casualties they suffered in the service of King George. This kit will be a boon for wargamers, DBA fans, & c., since one spue contains all the figures one would need to make up a representational battalion. As one who wants to maximize the number of figures in each model, I am looking forward to getting my hands on a full box.
Supplemental officers & NCO's with the line are converted from HaT/Airfix, Esci, & Streltz*R; the Riflemen are from Revell, with an officer by HaT.
