1/72 French Light Ambulance

Hi,
My first contribution to ETS is a Hät Light Ambulance conversion. Larrey's drawings (as per Michael Head's French Napoleonic Artillery) show a seat at the front of this vehicle. I have modelled this by adding a floor to the ambulance which protudes beyond it. I have then movied the shafts slightly back on the rear horse, and attached that, as was actually so and as the Hät box art shows, from straps over the centre of the saddle. I also have added chains to hold up the rear ladder.
The seated figure is an infirmier (medical assistant) converted from an Italeri French wagon driver.
All conversion was done by plastic welding.
