WARRIOR BAZAAR
This was a new show set up in Bolton (north of Manchester in the UK) & was mainly aimed at creating a marketplace of traders, rather than a more traditional gamers & traders show. However, the organisers decided to have a few games there & our quick play game once again took to the road!
Also, as Bolton's relatively near our club (we're based in Hyde, Cheshire - to the East of Manchester), again, there's the opportunity of new members.
At this show, it was nice to see really young players having a go & having no mercy against their dad ('though he won through in the end!) as these are the future of our hobby, whether WW2 gaming as we do, or Napoleonic, Ancients or whatever. Hopefully, they'll remember the fun & continue.
