Here are some pictures of my Roman Republican Command, I hope you like them.
A Legatus usually led a Roman legion in the Republic. The legion consisted of 30 maniples and every maniple consisted of 2 centuries, later cohorts replaced the maniples. Every legion had staff officers, Tribunes, Centurios, Optios, an Aquilifer (the Legionary Eagle standard), Signiferii (standard-bearers), Vexiliarii (flag-bearers) and Cornicen (hornblowers).
