I come back, I send the Battle of Loncomilla, 1851, in Chile. That was one civil war between central governament (gral Bulnes) again the south forces with gral De la Cruz, of Concepción.

The general Dela Cruz plain the defence of houses fort with his mayor state.
The general Bulnes march with his troops at front of fortifications, with infantry and cavalry
The enemy cavalries (granadiers and chasseurs of Bulnes) and (curassiers and dragoons of De la Cruz fight, with negative results for two parts.
De la Cruz general defend the fortification houses, with 3 lines of rifles and artillery, the best infantry regiment (carampangue) fight with courage with the little artillery.
General Bulnes (with blue jacket in black horse) attack the fortification with infantry (chacabuco and buin ) and artillery.
You can see the fortification and the brave defenders, ten hour late general De la Cruz firm one pace agreement with general Bulnes, his cousin!!!
