Hello,
Back to the ancients! You will find here pictures of Thracian warriors. They are based on the fantastic (and long awaited) "Thracian warriors" Osprey book. The sophisticated cloak patterns are very nice but rather difficult to paint - I found the celtic tartan easier to do, or maybe I should replace my glasses!
For the first time, I had to use an artificial light for the photographs, and the result, in my opinion, is not as good as usual.
I hope that you like them.
Best Regards
Philippe Catel

Thracian warriors
Warrior with red shirt and pilos helmet - probably taken on a greek enemy!
This one is slighlty converted, I replaced the original javelin by a new one
Many thanks to Mr. Catel
