How some of the conversions from my Swedish Army have been done.

General on foot. Just cut and glued the arm for a different pose.
Wurst wagon. Simple headswap. Apart from the "driver", this would't even have been neccessary.
General, mounted. Used a spare Italeri General for this one. Hat must be turned and feather added. Placed on spare swedish horse and got 2 Swedish Lifeguards.
Lifeguards. The reloading pose makes a good standard bearer if the rifle is cut away. Leader is a combination of a general and a lifeguard-trooper, cut below the shoulders, so the epaulettes remain.
Guard Grenadiers. Again, the reloading guy makes a nice standard bearer. Leader is just a captain with swapped heads.
Artillery. HäT Bavarians with swedish heads. Very easy and pretty accurate, given the pictures and plates I found on the net.
Line. And yes, again a reloading trooper swaped his gun for a standard.
Many thanks to Mr. Butterweck.
