"P" in red on white arm patch means Militärpolizei (Military Police)
3 Chevrons red on white Patch = Feldwebel (Sergeant)
2 Chevrons = Unteroffizier (Corporal)
1 Chevron = Gefreiter (Lance-Corporal/Private 1st class)
Blue Puttees = Private
