DBA II/39 Iberian 240BC - 20BC
There are 12 elements (12 stands of figures) in DBA.
This army is composed of:
1X3Cv (Gen)
1x2LH
6X3Ax
4X2Ps
1 X 3Cv. This is the command stand. It is composed of the standard bearer and the heavy (armored) cavalryman from #8055 Spanish Cavalry. The commander himself is actually a converted standard bearer from #8056 the Carthaginian Command set.
These are the 1 x 2 LH. These two cavalrymen are from #8055 the Spanish Cavalry set.
6 X 3 Ax. Six stands of 3 Auxilia each. Appears to be a few Spanish Scutari from #8019 Spanish Infantry plus a few Spanish command figures from #8056.
4 X 2 Ps. 4 stands of 2 skirmishers each. A few Caetrati and slingers from #8019, plus a couple of slingers from #8074 the Roman Numerii set. (The numerii were non-Romans transplanted wholesale into the Roman army, and these slingers are Balearic slingers.)
Many thanks to Mr. Benet.
