Commander and swordsman. The commander has a detachable shield. His weapon is a sword/spear combination and he can be made to hold either one.
Spearmen. The 3 spearmen wear the distinctive Boetian helmet. The Club of Herakles on the shields mark the hoplites as Theban. Thebes was the foremost city of Boetia and Herakles was the patron deity of Thebes.
