Castles

"Hello! My name is Alejandro Marti Garro, from Argentina, and for the last two years - as a total amateur - I've been making dioramas for my 1/72 plastic soldiers. Nothing in them - apart from the soldiers and the palm trees - has been bought, because I made them with different things from around the house."
Castle is made of boxes (cigarettes, perfums and medicines) and towers are from the card rolls of hygenic paper. Then everything covered with tiny cardboard rectangles, and then painted. Base and rocks are from tergopor.
Holy Land was worked with ice-cream boxes made of tergopor, base idem, and then covered with a paste of paper-maché. For the shining roofs I used different cup covers (as Ralph Lauren's Polo parfum cover, etc).
Both Rorque's Drift and barbarian-village roofs are made from raw spaguetti, walls are brochette sticks, and sandbags made of those little coloured chewing gums my kids like so much.
