From Peter Styk of Slovakia.
"Here are some pictures of Fanagoria Grenadier regiment of 1805 Russian Army. Only 4 Grenadier regiments took part at Austerlitz battle. It was Fanagoria, Kiev, Leib and "Malorusski" (Little Russia) regiment. In Austerlitz was Fanagoria Grenadier Regiment part of second division - de Langeron. Pompon center (black??), cuff, collar was in white colour, turnback was by all line regiments in red colour. Two of marching soldiers I converted to flag bearers. In 1797 each regiment received one "white" and nine coloured flags per regiment. The flags were 142cm square and were carried on staves 3.15 metres long, with 14cm brass ferrules and 14cm spearhead shaped gilt finials. The staves were painted either black, white, brown or yellow. With Best Regards, Peter Styk, Slovakia"
Many thanks to Mr. Styk.
