Decals for #8043 Alexander's Macedonian Phalangites

This is a series of 1/72 scale decals/shield transfers for #8043 Macedonian Phalangites made by Little Big Men Studios in the UK.
These are rub off transfers that require no water. Simply cut them out, peel off the backing, press into position and press down firmly. Peel off the protective top layer and the transfer is in place. The transfers are on white backing paper so no priming is necessary. The transfers are fully shaded to look like they have been hand painted. They are specifically made for for the HaT figures so they are perfectly scaled to size.
Design notes: "Macedonian shield designs generally incorporated the 8 or 16 pointed star and sometimes crescent shapes arranged symmetricaly around the shield. This was probably a national or Dynastic emblem of Macedon and would have been carried on by Alexander's successors.The details may have been embossed or painted, we are not sure. The problem with any embossing is that it would not deflect blows from weapons very well! Images such as Alexanders as the Horned God may have been used on Bodyguard units such as the Hypaspists or Argyraspids."
